First and foremost, we will sit down and discuss your wants and needs. We will chat about your desired location, price point, how custom you'd like your new home to be, etc. My goal is to figure out the best new construction options that fit your criteria!
STEP 2
We will connect with the builder or builders that fit your criteria and find one that is best suited for the project! I have resources for both turnkey and custom builders in the area. If you already have a builder in mind that is a-okay as well.
STEP 3
I will be a guiding hand for you every step of the way. From design selections to contractual paperwork, whatever you may need between the time your builder breaks ground to when you can call it home.
STEP 4
I can be a resource for you from closing day and beyond! Need assistance with furnishings and interior design for your new home? I got you!
