The next step is to determine any and all preparation needed for the home to be ready to list. We partner with Renee from The Inviting Home to come in and provide professional staging services to fit your needs. We find staging to be such a valuable tool that this service is included for our sellers.

MARKETING & SHOWINGS
 
Professional photography is another key component to a successful home sale. Our team utilizes a very high-quality photographer for all of our listings, showing your home in it's best light before the potential buyers even step foot inside. Where the average agent spends $150 on professional photography (if they hire a professional photographer), we typically spend $600-$1000 to get the best resolution and videos to market your home. OFFERS & NEGOTIATION
 
Once offers are received, we will work with you to decipher them and explain the key points to understand. Contracts can be confusing and complicated, so let us simplify them for you! We will work on your behalf to negotiate the strongest and best offer at the end of the day.

CONTRACT & PAPERWORK

 

We have a transaction coordinator on our team to ensure a smooth process from the accepted offer through to closing day. The transaction coordinator will make sure all deadlines are met and keep you in the loop along the way!
