Step 2
Meet with your agent of choice for a Homebuyer Game Plan Session. We’ll talk through your wants, needs, and key criteria, and break down what it takes to buy a home in today’s market.
Step 3
Now it’s time to look at homes! I’ll create a tailored market search using your criteria, and you can favorite, decline, or comment on any listings that catch your eye. We start broad so we don’t miss anything, but you can fine-tune along the way. And don’t worry—I’m watching for off-market options too.
Step 4
After your offer is accepted, we’ll tackle any contingencies together. Our transaction coordinator will make sure every step stays organized and on track.
Step 5
Before you close, we’ll do a quick final walk-through to make sure the home is in the same shape you remember. We’ll check that everything that was supposed to stay is still there, anything meant to go is gone, and that the sellers left it in ‘broom-swept’ condition.
Step 6
Time to close! You’ll sign your documents and officially get the keys to your new home.
